How do I become a member?
Open the Membership page, choose a plan (Level 1–3) and complete checkout. Your access is unlocked instantly.
How do I access my lessons?
Log in, then go to My Courses or your Learning Path. Click any course to open its lessons and videos.
Where can I watch live event recordings?
Once a live session ends, the recording appears inside the related lesson or Live Reading article. It streams from our secure members library — members only.
How do I join a live session or live moon reading?
When a session is scheduled you will see a Join button on the Live Reading article and in the Live Events strip on your member dashboard.
Can I ask questions as a member?
Yes. Members have a dedicated Q&A section to submit questions and read the answers.
How do payments and renewals work?
Payments are processed securely and your plan renews automatically. You can manage or cancel anytime from your Membership Account.
How do I cancel my membership?
Go to Membership Account → Cancel. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
A video won’t play or I can’t log in — what should I do?
Try a refresh or a different browser first. If it still happens, send us the form above with the subject set to Technical and tell us what you see.
Do you offer 1-on-1 consultations?
Yes — personal readings are booked separately at consultations.astroviktor.com.
Are there free tools?
Yes. A set of free astrology tools is available on the site for everyone — no membership needed.
